Yes — free within our core Duval County service area (about 20 miles from downtown Jacksonville). For outer areas (parts of St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau), a flat $25 travel fee applies, and it's always shown upfront before you confirm.
No upfront cash deposit — we simply keep a card on file for your rental. Normal wear is on us. If a tote is lost or damaged beyond normal use, a replacement fee applies ($25 per tote, $60 per dolly), but that's rare.
Every tote is cleaned and wiped down between rentals so it arrives fresh and ready to pack.
Someone 18 or older should be available to receive and hand off the totes — or you can arrange a contactless porch drop-off and pickup. Just tell us your preference when you book.
For everyone's safety, please don't pack hazardous, flammable, or combustible materials, unsecured liquids, perishables, or anything illegal — and keep each tote under its ~65 lb limit.
We recommend reserving at least a few days ahead, especially for weekend and end-of-month moves, which fill up fast. Last-minute? Call us — we'll do our best to fit you in.
Yes — every tote has attached, snap-on lids. They keep your belongings secure and dust-free, and they let totes stack neatly in the truck without tape.

You'll pay securely online by credit or debit card at checkout (processed by Stripe — Bin Drop never stores your card number). We keep a card on file for the rental, and Florida sales tax is added at checkout. Prefer another option? Just ask.
